The Sparkle [Ready Set] portal was exclusively developed to add value to our consultants and clients. The aim is to make the ordering and delivery of products seamless and less time consuming.
You can use the portal to order products that are required from your allocated stores, then have it delivered to their place of business within a chosen time frame.
The portal is integrated with Head Office, Sage Pastel Evolution and Internet Express Door-to-Door Couriers for effortless billing and delivery.
Once you have become an authorised user, you will be able to:
o Create and edit an order
o Search for products, see availability of stock and the associated available quantity per stock item. You will also be able to see the price per unit and pack size.
o Credit card payment option.
o Orders linked to the clients account.
o View your order history
o Request a credit note
Head Office will create an account for you. You will receive an e-mail from Head Office containing your login details to access the portal.
The [Ready Set] portal is a real time, online order system that provides exact courier charges at the time of purchase. It is also integrated to Sage Pastel Evolution to ensure accurate billing.
You can order as often as you wish. Just keep in mind that the system requires you to finalise one order before starting a new one. Please note that courier charges will apply to each finalised order.
During the process of creating an order on the portal you are able to make as many changes to the order items as needed. However, once you have finalised your order, no more changes can be made and you will need to contact the Sparkle Head Office/Sparkle warehouse for an order cancellation.
Please contact the Sparkle head office and advise what stock was received and what stock was not received. Sparkle warehouse will assist with investigating as to what happened. The store will be contacted with the outcome.

In the unlikely event of this happening, it could be that Head Office has not yet created an account for you. Please contact Head Office if this is the case.
You can track your delivery online by visiting the Internet Express website: www.internetexpress.co.za . On the home page, you will see a tracking facility where you will need to enter the Waybill number that was created by the portal on the purchase order form. Your delivery status will then be e-mailed to you instantly.

The different courier options, as well as costs associated with each option, is displayed in step two of the order process. The courier costs take into account the stock items that were ordered as well as the service that you chose. The courier charge will be shown as a separate line item on your purchase order as well as the invoice that you receive from Head Office.
It may be that your order includes hazardous goods such as nail polish remover containing acetone. Express Deliveries are transported via aeroplane and Internet Express Door-to-Door Courier is therefore bound by the rules and regulations set by ACSA around the transportation of hazardous material via air.
Not as this point, it is however in the development plan for the future.
The online portal displays the available quantity of a product, therefore, you will see if a product is out of stock before you place your order.
This is dependent on the service that you choose during step two of the order process. A description of the delivery time-line is included against each courier service on the portal.
